Morning Walk - Great Benefits


Walking is part of a healthy life.

A study of inactive women found that EVEN a low level of exercise – around 75 minutes per week – improved their fitness levels significantly, when compared to a non-exercising group. Walking is low impact exercise, requires minimal equipment, can be done at any time of day and can be performed at your own pace. It’s also a great form of physical activity for people who are overweight, elderly or who haven’t exercised in a long time.

According to fitness experts, one should walk for at least 30 minutes several times a week. If you cannot find the opening for 30 consecutive minutes, you could walk 3 times a day for 10 minutes.

I decided to go for a walk in this sunny autumnal day. The election was going through the park and I must say that I really enjoyed the views as you can see in the pictures. It is incredible how beautiful the places are when it is a bit chilly but still good on a sunny weather, all full of enchanting colours and contrasts...
