Such a nice hobby...

Sport improves mood, concentration and sleep; it reduces stress and depression and keeps you fit.

Playing sports is an emotional, mental and physical adventure. You have the opportunity to learn what you are made of and you even do not imagine what your body can do.

Whatever your age, there is good scientific evidence that being physically active can help us lead healthier lives. Regular physical activity can reduce the risk of many chronic conditions, including coronary heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, cancer, obesity, mental health problems and musculoskeletal conditions.

I personally like this spot to encourage myself.
