Mascarpone with Red Fruits


Ingredients (for 4 people)

250 g Mascarpone cheese

250 g Greek yogurt (or cream)

2 eggs

150 g sugar

Red fruits for decoration (strawberries, raspberries,...)

Strawberry jam (you can use a different flavor)

 

Recipe

Easy and tasty recipe. The ingredients are for making 6 cups.

  1. Separate egg yolks from whites. Reserve the whites. Mix the yolks with the sugar.

  2. Add the mascarpone to the previous mix. Right after, add the yogurts.

  3. Stiffly beat the egg whites and fold them into the mixture.

  4. Prepare the cups. Set a bit of strawberry jam at the bottom of each cup. Fill in each cup with the cream and put the red fruits on top. I have used some chocolate liquid for decoration.

  5. Have the cups in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. They can be stored in the fridge for 3 days.
