These biscuits are a real chocolate explosion in your mouth.
Ingredients
220 g. wheat flour 200 g. butter 200 g. brown sugar
100 g. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 ts vanilla flavor
1 ts cinnamon
1 ts powder yeast
A pinch of salt
Recipe
Mix the flour with melted butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir all together. If the dough is too dry, you can add a bit of water.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Take the dough and roll spoonfuls into balls. Keep them separated as they will expand with the heat. With the help of a spoon, flatten each ball.
Put the biscuits in the preheated oven to 180ºC. Bake them for 10-12 minutes.
