Chocolate Cake


Ingredients

3 eggs 1 cup yogurt

2 cups flour 2 cups brown sugar

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup sunflower oil

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 tsp baking powder (16 gr)

Butter for greasing the pan

Optional: if you like the taste, zest one orange.

Recipe

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Grease bottom and sides of a 24 cm round pan and set aside.

In large bowl, stir all the ingredients (eggs, yogurt, flour, sugar, cocoa, oil, vanilla extract and baking powder) with an electric mixer until blended.

Add some milk if the mixture is too thick.

Pour the previous mix into the prepared pan.

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
