Easy and yummy pie where you can play with different toppings (caramel, strawberries, jam...). My option today is caramel!
Ingredients 200 g cream cheese (philadelphia or other)
500 ml cream
1 cup milk
12 g rennet-type whey powder
6 Ts sugar
10 Biscuits

Spread the caramel over the base of a 20 cm spring form pan.
Heat the philadelphia and the cream until boiling.
Mix the milk with the rennet-type whey powder and add to the previous mixture. Whisk all together.
Once boiling, add 6 Ts sugar, stir well and pour into the bowl.
Add biscuits on top to create the base.
Cool for 24 hours. Before serving, turn the spring form pan right side up and ready to eat.
