Ingredients
6 cheese portions (or 250 gr cream cheese)
2 cups natural yogurt
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups cream
2 cups milk
3 eggs
pinch of salt
Recipe
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease a 6 cm-deep, 22 cm round (base) spring-form cake pan.
Mix all the ingredients (cheese, yogurt, sugar, flour, cream, milk, eggs and salt) until smooth.
Pour the previous mix into prepared pan.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until the center wobbles slightly.
Cool it down for a couple of hours and ready to eat!
