Brownie Cookies


Ingredients

100 grs. butter

180 grs. black chocolate in pieces

200 grs. sugar

200grs. flour

1 egg

1 ts salt

1/2 ts powder yeast

1 ts vanilla sugar OR vanilla extract

Recipe

Heat the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.

In a bowl beat the egg, sugar, salt, yeast and vanilla until well combined. Put all together with the previous chocolate mixture.

Finally, add the flour to the previous mixture little by little until you get a dough. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.

Cover a baking tray with baking paper.

Take the dough and roll spoonfuls into balls. Keep them separated as they will expand with the heat.

Put the biscuits in the preheated oven to 180º. Bake them for 15 minutes.

They are soft biscuits like brownie.
