Nutella Cake

Ingredients

1/2 glass of milk

125 gr butter

1 baking powder

2 glasses of sugar

3 glasses of flour

3 eggs

4 -6 spoons of Nutella

1 pinch of salt

Directions

Whisk the eggs with the salt. Add the butter, the milk, the flour, the sugar and the baking powder.

Divide this mixture equally in two different pans (cream1 and cream2). Add the nutella previously melted to one of the creams.

Butter a 20 cm cake pan.

Add layers from the two different creams.

First layer. Start dumping some of cream1 in the center of the cake pan and wait until it is spread out. Second layer. Add some of cream2, also dumping it in the center and wait until it is spread out.

Third layer. We start again with cream1 and same procedure as you can see in the pictures below.

Put the cake pan in the preheated 180º oven for 30 minutes. Use a toothpick to poke the top of the cake slightly in the middle. If it comes up with some wet batter, crumbs or stickiness, the cake needs to bake some more.
