Quiche - Spinach & Cheese

I really like trying new things every time.

Here it is the recipe of this yummy quiche with spinaches and cheese:

Ingredients:

1 pastry dough - I bought the frozen one

100g spinach - fresh ones or frozen ones (If you bought fresh spinach, boil them in salted water for 5 min.)

100g cream cheese - I used Philadelphia

250ml cream

3 eggs

1 small onion

1 ts butter

Salt and pepper

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 180C

Roll out the pastry over the mould. Prick all over the base with a fork, then bake on the tray for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the chopped onion until lightly golden. Add the spinach and continue cooking until it has wilted, then leave to cool.

Mix the cream, the cheese and the eggs and whisk thoroughly, add salt and pepper to taste. Finally add the spinach you have just cooked and pour the mixture into the prepared crust.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the edges are browned.
