Crème Caramel with Cream Cheese

Ingredients

200 g philadelphia

390 g sweetened condensed milk

390 g evaporated milk or just normal fat milk

5 eggs

Recipe

  1. In a cake pan, place the amount of caramel at your preference.

  2. Preheat the oven at 180ºC (356ºF) heat above and below. Fill in the oven tray with water, as our cake pan will be inside for bain-marie.

  3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (philadelphia, condensed milk, milk and the eggs). Pour the mix into the cake pan.

  4. Bake for 50 minutes (the cake pan should be placed on the oven tray with water)

  5. Let it cool down and rollback the . Keep it on the fridge
