Chocolate Coulant

Ingredients

150 gr. chocolate pastry

50 gr. butter

3 eggs

1 Ts flour

80 gr. sugar

Butter and flour for the muffin pans

 

Recipe

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Mix the eggs and the sugar. Add the flour.

Melt 100 g of chocolate and mix it slowly into the previous mixture.

Pour the mix filling in only 1/3 of the muffin pans, previously greased and floured.

Add the rest of the chocolate (50 g) in each of the pans and cover with the mixture.

Put the pans in a baking tray and bake for 9-12 minutes.
