Coconut Pastries

This recipe is very easy and fast.

Ingredients (for 12 portions)

100 g sugar

100 g shredded coconut

1 egg

 

Recipe

  1. Whisk the egg in a bowl.

  2. Add the coconut and the sugar. Mix well with a wooden spoon.

  1. Keep on the fridge for half an hour.

  2. Take the dough out of the fridge. Form small balls and create a small peak like in the picture.

  1. Set the balls in a baking tray with butter. Bake for 10 minutes or until they are a bit brown on the sides. Oven temperature should be 180ºC (356ºF).
